Terms and conditions
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These terms govern the use of conext (conext.lat), the CRM that connects a business WhatsApp Business to AI agents. By creating an account, connecting a number, or using the dashboard, you accept these conditions and theprivacy policy.
The service
conext receives and sends messages through the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta), classifies and drafts replies with AI, and gives you an inbox so a person can review what should not go out on its own. The number and the WhatsApp account are yours: if you leave, you take them with you.
The product evolves. Features in trial may change or go away without that being a breach.
Your account
You are responsible for whoever signs in with your credentials and for what is sent from your number. The service is meant for businesses, not for anyone under 18.
Connecting WhatsApp requires a Meta Business account and accepting Meta’s and WhatsApp Business terms. conext does not replace that contract: it is a channel on top of that API.
Artificial intelligence
Agents can be wrong: invent a price, misread a request, or send a tone you did not want. That is why draft mode exists. You decide what is sent automatically and what is reviewed. We do not promise that a reply is correct, complete, or appropriate for every customer.
Message text is sent to a Google model (Gemini) to classify and draft, as explained in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use conext for:
- Spam, phishing, fraud, or any illegal content.
- Circumventing WhatsApp Business or Meta policies.
- Trying to access another customer’s data.
- Probing, overloading, or breaking the service.
If you do, we may suspend or close the account.
Price
The software is billed according to the agreement we have (today, monthly and based on the size of the operation). Separately, Meta charges WhatsApp conversations to your Meta account, at their rate. We do not invoice that charge or add a markup.
Availability
We work to keep the service up, but it depends on Meta, Google, and hosting. A WhatsApp outage, an API rejection, or an infrastructure drop is not a breach on our part. There is no written SLA unless we agree one separately.
Liability
conext is offered “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost messages, or indirect damages, nor for what an agent sends if you turned on auto-send. Our total liability, if any, does not exceed what you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Nothing here limits rights that Argentine law does not allow to be limited.
Data
Personal data processing is governed by theprivacy policy. To delete the account and what is tied to it, follow Data deletion.
Trademarks
WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. conext is not part of Meta and is not endorsed by Meta, beyond using its API as a technology provider.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any notice:contact@conext.lat.
We may update these terms. The date above changes with each version. If the change is material, we notify by email or in the dashboard.
